Overview: The MicroSEQ ID System is based on sequence analysis of ribosomal genes in bacteria and fungi. The MicroSEQ ID method is a well-established genotypic system that has been adopted by 23 of the Top 25 pharmaceuticals globally. Genetic sequencing has been considered as gold-standard for phylogenetic classification of bacteria and fungi and has been designed to support the recommended qualification guidances. Now we have created a new system to support our lower throughput laboratories by integrating MicroSEQ ID software with the easy-to-use, low cost SeqStudio⢠Genetic Analyzer. Hence, this latest solution allows for microbial identification for all. In this webinar youâll learn:
How the MicroSEQ ID Microbial Identification System fits into your bioproduction workflow How the MicroSEQ ID Microbial Identification System works Which MicroSEQ ID Microbial Identification System is best for your laboratory |
