20 dead in El Paso Walmart shooting, Texas governor says; 26 injured, suspect ID'ed

Police have identified the suspect in the Saturday morning shooting as Patrick Crusius, 21, of Allen, Texas, about 660 miles east of El Paso. The gunman was arrested without incident, Police Sgt. Robert Gomez said. Gov. Greg Abbott announced the death toll at a news conference.
