Boeing CEO apologizes to families of passengers killed in Max 8 crashes, says new maneuvering system is to blame

Chairman, President and CEO Dennis Muilenburg acknowledged Thursday for the first time that its new maneuvering system was responsible for two recent plane crashes in Ethiopia and Indonesia that killed almost 350 people and apologized to the families and friends of the victims.
