Deaths reported on burning boat off California coast, more than 30 people "in distress"

The Coast Guard launched "multiple rescue assets" after a boat with dozens of passenger aboard caught fire near California's Santa Cruz Island. Some deaths were being reported. The Coast Guard said more than 30 people "in distress" were on the 79-foot boat.
