FBI says Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam was also targeted in foiled plot to kidnap Michigan's governor

The suspects accused of plotting to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer also talked about "taking" Virginia's governor out of anger about his lockdown order during the COVID-19 pandemic, an FBI agent testified Tuesday.
