From blizzards to tornadoes, dangerous weather conditions could slam portions of the country this week. Here’s what to expect

A powerful storm is expected to bring blizzard conditions to portions of the northern Plains and Upper Midwest this week, where some spots could see as much as two feet of snow, according to the National Weather Service. Meanwhile, the Mississippi and Ohio River valleys are also at risk of severe weather, including the chance for tornadoes.
