Kobe Bryant crash caused by pilot's poor decision-making, disorientation, NTSB says

The National Transportation Safety Board found that pilot Ara Zobayan was at fault in the Jan. 26, 2020, crash that killed Bryant and eight others, citing "self-induced pressure" as a likely contributing factor.
