Ominous FBI warning wasn't shared with Capitol Police command staff prior to Jan. 6 riot, ex-chief testifies

Former Capitol Police chief Steven Sund in his first public testimony to the Senate about the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, said an FBI bulletin describing rioters "preparing for war" was not fully disseminated. Sund also said that officers had not been trained for such an attack and not all had riot gear.
