| Authorities in California on Monday identified a 19-year-old gunman whose rampage at the Gilroy Garlic Festival left three people dead and at least a dozen injured. Gilroy Police Chief Scot Smithee also said the deceased are a 6-year-old boy, a 13-year-old girl and a man in his 20s. The gunman used an AK-47-type rifle that he purchased legally in Nevada this month, Smithee said. |
