Farmers fined for failing to protect public from cattle
A member of the public was killed by a herd of cows whilst running in a field with no warning signs.

Wood company fined over £1million after 2 workers injured
The fine was issued after repeated safety failings resulted in injuries to 2 workers in separate incidents.

Indoor skiing company fined after child fatality
A HSE investigation found that the company failed to ensure the safety of its customers.

Construction company fined £40,000 for catalogue of failures
The company breached a Prohibition Notice and Improvement Notices whilst excavating a back garden.

Farmer jailed after 3-year-old child killed by vehicle
A 12-month prison sentence and fine were issued after the farmer ran over the child whilst reversing a telehandler at his farm.

£100,000 fine issued after worker crushed at shipyard
The worker was crushed between an excavation bucket and a fabrication table, resulting in serious injuries.
