Fines issued after worker dies from 20-foot fall
A company has been fined £90,000 and a manager fined £8,500 after a worker fell to his death.

Property developer fined for multiple failures
The £63,000 fine was issued after multiple safety failings were found at a construction site.

Company fined after worker's legs trapped in machine
A fine of over £96,000 was issued to a hydraulics company after an incident which resulted in a worker having his leg amputated.

Company fined £30,000 for unsafe scaffolding
HSE's investigation discovered a failure to assemble safe scaffolding, causing workers to climb the scaffold rungs rather than a ladder.

Builder sentenced after worker died in fall from height
The builder was handed a 6-month sentence after a worker fell from a scaffold whilst working to render a domestic property.

Animal feed manufacturer fined after worker loses arm
A £566,000 fine was issued after a worker's arm was severed after being drawn into a conveyor mechanism whilst clearing a blockage.
