Neighborhood Arts: Boston Public Quartet, April 9
| Boston Public Quartet joins us again for an exciting Neighborhood Arts Community Concert! On Saturday, April 9, you're invited to Mattapan's Church of the Holy Spirit at 4pm for an hour of Schubert, Shostakovich, and more! Special guests Sumner String Quartet and musiConnects students will also be performing in this family-friendly concert, which will be followed by a reception and meet-and-greet with the musicians. Admission is free, but we strongly recommend you RSVP to reserve your seats! Also Coming Up: Local jazz group Quartet of Happiness will visit Shady Hill School (178 Coolidge Hill, Cambridge) for an Arts for All! community concert on April 8 at 6pm with the Shady Hill jazz bands. "America's Favorite Mezzo" Susan Graham, April 29
| Susan Graham—dubbed "America's favorite mezzo" by Gramophone magazine—rose to the highest echelon of international artists within just a few years of her professional debut. Throughout her career, this distinctly American artist has been recognized as one of the foremost exponents of French vocal music; a Texas native, she was awarded the French government’s prestigious "Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur" but her range of repertoire and genres is truly vast. | The 78th season will be announced April 13! When the season is announced on April 13, you will have a chance to browse through the entire year, select your favorite performances, and purchase tickets for more than 40 events. Ticket packages start with any three shows, and orders placed by June 3 will receive priority seating and the best benefits we offer ticket holders. The 2016-17 Season will feature some of the world's finest orchestras, chamber ensembles, vocalists, dance companies, jazz artists, instrumentalists, and more.
