Today's top real estate headlines

Although he passed away nearly a year ago, Microsoft cofounder Paul Allen is still making headlines. When his former Silicon Valley home was listed at a whopping $41 million this weekend, it became the most expensive property for sale in Atherton. Meanwhile, Ben Affleck's charming Georgia plantation, which has been on the market for a year and a half, recently got slapped with a 15% discount.
