Dimon: Prepare for potential of interest rates hitting 7% JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon said the Federal Reserve might be forced to impose further interest-rate increases to reach a Fed funds rate as high as 7%. The Fed has not publicly called for such a scenario, but Dimon says JPMorgan is urging clients to be prepared. "The worst case is 7% with stagflation. BofA: Large number of CMBS bonds downgraded last week Credit downgrades hit 121 tranches from 40 commercial mortgage-backed securities deals last week—the highest tally in "recent memory," according to Bank of America strategists.
