After months of planning and construction, Nile Niami’s latest and largest project to date is ready for its debut. Famously known as “The One,” the shopping mall-sized mansion includes amenities like a cinema-quality home theater, a beauty salon and an Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool. Meanwhile, over in Manhattan Beach, Colin Cowherd is seeking a buyer that will take his Craftsman-meets-Cape-Cod-style residence off of his hands for a little less than $7 million. Sited in the quiet “Tree Section” of the beach town, the home was designed by architect Louie Tomaro and features decorative finishes by designer Paul L’Esperance.
