Good morning, Marketer, how social will your brand be over the holidays?

If your customers have any say — and they do — they’ll want to hear from you on social media. The ongoing disruption at X (formerly Twitter) seems to have taken a lot of the air out of the room this year. But issues about credibility, fairness and fleeing advertisers shouldn’t dissuade. 

Today, we look at a new social media study that shows the amount of interest consumers have in connecting with brands on social. X is largely a separate matter as the numbers indicate. That’s probably why twice as many customers say they’ll find you on TikTok than at Elon Musk central.
