We are informing you of a change to how we will notify our customers about new software product versions, obsolescence and migration programs, and security alerts. Over the course of the next four to five weeks, we will gradually switch from our current Subscriber’s Choice system to our new Marketing Cloud based system. Support notifications and alerts will then be sent from supportnotifications@microfocus.com; please make sure your email client will be configured to not consider messages sent from that email address as spam or junk messages. With Marketing Cloud, support notifications and alerts will be sent to the contacts associated with an active support subscription (this previously was called a support contract) for the software product the support notification or alert is about, unless you have opted out of email through your Software Passport profile.
