Wells Fargo changes policy on sexual harassment claims

Wells Fargo employees no longer will have to sign an agreement to settle sexual harassment claims through arbitration rather than in court. Wells Fargo has "raised the bar for financial institutions aiming to root out sexual harassment in the workplace," said Molly Betournay of Clean Yield, an investment company that asked the bank to review its policy.

More companies are automatically enrolling new employees in 401(k) plans, and there is a trend toward higher default contribution levels, according to Fidelity Investments data from the fourth quarter. Fidelity's analysis of more than 30 million account holders also shows a record-high 233,000 investors had $1 million or more in 401(k)s.

Wieden+Kennedy Portland unveiled two pairs of limited-edition Crocs, co-branded with KFC, at New York Fashion Week -- a Kentucky Fried Chicken X Crocs Bucket Clog, a platform shoe inspired by the chain's bucket meal, and a Kentucky Fried Chicken X Crocs Classic Clog that features chicken-scented drumstick Jibbitz charms. The shoes are showcased in a spot starring Korean rapper and artist Me Love Me a Lot, who assumes the role of a KFC employee and builds suspense as she cooks something in a fryer before unveiling the shoes.
