OFAC-OFSI Memorandum of Understanding OFSI has now published the information-sharing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Office for Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). The MOU can be found on OFSIâs website. As stated in our Strengthening Global Sanctions: Two Years of Enhanced Partnership blog, the MOU enhances our collective ability to collaborate and share information, further fortifying our coordinated efforts in implementing and enforcing sanctions.
