OFSI is changing the way you receive email updates OFSI is working with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and the Office of Trade Sanctions Implementation (OTSI) to bring you a better and more streamlined email-alert service. As of today, there is a combined government email-alert service focused on sanctions, providing updates on designations, guidance, general licences, FAQs and other news. This means you no longer need to sign up to multiple services and it avoids duplicate emails in your inbox. For now, the scope of the service includes updates from FCDO, OTSI and OFSI only, with a view of adding more government agencies responsible for other aspects of UKâs sanctions over time. FCDO is responsible for providing high-level policy updates and information on sanctions designations OFSI is responsible for civil enforcement and licensing of financial sanctions (find out more about OFSI ). OTSI is responsible for civil enforcement of trade sanctions in respect of services and the movement of goods and technology between third countries, as well as licensing of some services (find out more about OTSI ) You have an option to tailor the topics and types of emails you receive from us. To update your subscriber preferences, click here. Updates specifically for financial sanctions will continue to have the distinctive OFSI branding and will be easy for you to identify. Note: OFSI Notices/new designation alerts will now be delivered using the centralised âUKgovernment@public.govdelivery.comâ email address  | | |
