| Barbecuing in the oven may be the slickest trick you can learn. Then you to can BBQ any time you wish. Besides there is less cleanup and and it's kinda automatic--you don't have to stand there and tend the burgers. Line a baking sheet with foil. Set an oven-safe rack on the foil. Set the oven shelf to the upper third of the oven. Preheat the oven. Set the meat on the rack and place the pan with rack in the oven. With the oven set on “bake,” cook until done. |
