Our TCU Horned Frogs are undefeated! Last weekend Chef James and his team at Reata prepared a Coffee Crusted Port Tenderloin served on Roasted Garlic Mash Potatoes with a Mango Coulis.
Reata will be serving out famous Tenderloin Tamales for our final appearance when TCU plays Baylor at 11:00 a.m. on November 24th. Don't worry, Michael Thomson with Michael's Cuisine & Bar will be taking over Reata's spot for the next three games.
