BY ADAM DAIGLE | Acadiana Business Editor One of the things I hear most of (now that we know when Buc-ee's is coming and Trader Joe's is likely coming) is this: When will a Lafayette business take advantage of the Vermilion River? That question could soon be laid to rest. The buyers of the former Hana Grill want to do just that after they closed on the property on Monday. The building will be leveled in the coming weeks, and they are looking to parnter with a restauranteur on a restaurant that will incorporate the river. You can read my story here. |
