One Book One Frankfort One Book One Frankfort is a community reading project held each April that encourages everyone in the Frankfort and Franklin County area to read and discuss the same book. This year, we're inviting all to read The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan. Read the book and participate in discussions and special themed events! While some programs are already at max capacity, there are still plenty of programs to check out and attend. We hope you will join us!
