Plus, meet the Festival Fellow building civic infrastructure in Brooklyn
| June 5, 2025 | | | In Case You Missed It: The Agenda is Here
| The 2025 Aspen Ideas Festival agenda is live! Our lineup features thought leaders, innovators, and changemakers from around the globe discussing today’s most pressing — and fascinating — issues. In true Aspen style, our programming engages the full mind-body-spirit connection: hikes under the majestic peaks of the Maroon Bells, expansive and surreal art installations, acoustic performances from legendary musicians, Michelin-star cuisine, hands-on workshops covering everything from chocolate to fabric dying, and so much more.
We are nearly at capacity, and less than five Festival 2 passes remain. Last chance to join!

| Meet Jibreel Jalloh, a 2025 Festival Fellow and founder of the Flossy Organization. This nonprofit is building civic infrastructure in Brooklyn and beyond, bridging intergenerational wisdom with modern grassroots strategy. “We believe sustainable change happens when elders and youth lead together,” Jalloh says. “Elders often bring resilience; youth often bring urgency and innovation.” Ahead of the Festival, we caught up with him to talk about bridging generational divides, launching a mobile advocacy lab and reimagining democracy from the block up. Jibreel Jalloh is one of 150+ Aspen Ideas Festival Fellows from 37 states across the U.S. and 10 other countries around the globe. We're proud to host these exceptional young leaders and grateful to our Patrons who fund this important and unique program.

| Marriage rates have been decreasing for decades, but that doesn’t mean people aren’t finding new ways to create family ties that bind. What can we learn about commitment, love and relationships from people who are forging their own kinds of families? Podcast host Kelly Corrigan interviews Rhaina Cohen, author of “The Other Significant Others: Reimagining Life with Friendship at the Center,” and Jaymes Black, CEO of the Trevor Project who at the time of this conversation was CEO of Family Equality. They invite us to expand our collective imagination of what family can be, and, in doing so, to rethink how we define a fulfilling life. Listen
