It's a bit of a musical chairs game but with restaurants. The Ground Pat’i Bar & Grill in south Lafayette has closed since their 20-year lease ended on its space at the corner of Kaliste Saloom Road and Ambassador Caffery Parkway. The owner says it will reopen somewhere else. Another restaurant is moving in, but it's unknown who it is. A source with the owner of the shopping center, GBT Realty, indicated a new tenant has signed a lease for the space and should make an announcement soon. Read the full story here.
