With so many different types of solder, flux, and torches it's easy to feel overwhelmed and not be sure which soldering technique is the most effective for your jewelry making.

Well, all 3. In this class I will discuss and demonstrate the different types of solder, their application and their uses. You will be given the opportunity to experiment with all of them, and also be given constructive instruction and guidance while making a sterling silver chain, charm and toggle.

After this class you will have a better understanding of silver solder, its use and function so that you will be ready for any task or class instructors preference you encounter in your jewelry making journey. In this live streaming class you'll also discover how to work with different metals & mixed metals as well as which tools I recommend for soldering.
