Freezing rain will fall across the Arrowhead region throughout the morning hours, with ice accumulations of a few tenths of an inch up to a half inch possible. Meteorologist Adam Lorch says the ice, along with strong winds out of the north could create power outages due to falling tree branches and power lines.
