Once again the legal industry is asking whether we may soon see an end to the billable hour. This time, however, AI is part of the equation. Meanwhile, Orrick has lost another large team of lawyers in Italy -- the second this week. This latest group, comprised of 15 lawyers, is heading to BonelliErede. Also, we examine whether the "Best Friends" model long enjoyed by Slaughter and May and others still has value.
