Our Frugal Sustainable Wedding

By StellaBell

A wedding cake decorated in yellow and blue flowers. My husband and I had a very fun, silly, and laid back picnic wedding. We had a very short planning period and a small budget. I met my husband while living and working in Vietnam. After moving back to the States, I quickly realized I didn't like living without him. So, I packed my bags and moved back to Vietnam and married him in Vietnam. We started the K-1 Fiancé visa process so that he could immigrate to the United States.

Baked Oatmeal

Baked OatmealThis is from the Quaker Oats website and had terrific reviews. I need a quick breakfast in the morning. This makes 6-8 portions. It can be eaten warm or cold. Refrigerate if not eaten that day. It reheats well in the microwave. I am sure it can be frozen as well.
