It's amazing. And it's simple. We've made a lot of stuffed French toast. This is different. The crust makes it sensational! Instead of dredging the bread in an egg wash, dip it in a batter made with flour and vanilla--like a tempura batter. And the best part is all the variations. Use your favorite filling. We love the cream cheese filling. Instead of cinnamon, try minced pineapple in the cream cheese. Or strawberries. We've even used peanut butter and jam.
