Another day, another nine-figure award in Philadelphia. On Monday, a jury in a crashworthiness case handed up a $976M verdict. The award comes after another jury handed up a $175M award in the city's first Roundup trial on Friday. Also, the defunct Schnader Harris is looking to settle a malpractice lawsuit.
