In its oral argument session kicking off today, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is teeing off on a number of cases involving key procedural issues facing civil litigation in the state - including what it takes to transfer a case, whether the state's damages cap needs to be altered, and the scope of arbitration agreements signed by parents. Our first item today gives you all you need to know for the session. Also, midsize power player Saxton & Stump is eyeing significant growth in 2025.
