Good evening,

Good evening,

We've found another auction shooting back to life following a COVID-19 pause.

Street Talk can reveal Citi is busy rebooting the sale of Pact Group's contract manufacturing business. The initial push to sell the division – which had about $400 million in revenue in the 12 months to June 30 – was paused earlier this year due to the pandemic.

However, the sale has well and truly fired back up and we've got the details on what Citi's been telling potential private equity buyers.

Meanwhile, VGI Partners is looking to exit one of its activist positions and has Morgans on board to offload the stake, and we unveil which RM Williams bidder has waved the white flag.

Happy reading,
