| NewsCut: MN Supreme Court: OK to pull license of driver refusing unconstitutional search | When Tyler Johnson was told by a police officer in North Branch in November 2015 that he could be charged with a crime and lose his driver’s license if he did not agree to urine or blood testing because of a suspicion that he was driving under the influence, he was getting some bad information. Forcing someone to submit to a test would be unconstitutional without a warrant, according to the U.S. Supreme Court and Minnesota Court of Appeals. But the Minnesota Supreme court disagrees.
