Paradigm Brown Ale is dry-hopped and full of roasted malts. Our 7% flagship brown ale transcends the characteristics typically found in many examples of the style.

Paradigm pours a beautiful dark brown with delicious notes of chocolate, caramel, raisins, pine, and citrus. The pleasant citrus flavor and aroma from dry hopping balances a big, malty body leaving your taste buds craving more.

Our very last keg of Coretex from The Cryptic Project just went on tap! Coretex is a mixed culture saison aged in a single Sauvignon Blanc puncheon. This beer was originally released over two years ago.

This beauty has a subtle funky aroma followed by a pleasant acidity and firm tartness. Complex notes of oak, grape must, vanilla, and bread crust meld perfectly with an abundance of tropical fruit notes.
