This Abandoned Parking Garage in Paris Is Now a Mushroom Farm

There are a lot of parking garages that may not be needed in our cities if they become like Paris, where the mayor has been making life difficult and expensive for drivers while promoting alternatives. But the French love les champignons, so a startup called La Caverne is filling parking spaces with bales of mushrooms instead of cars. It's an expanding fungi factory, coming soon to Bordeaux, Lyon and maybe a parking garage near you.
