Peoria City Councilman Jim Montelongo not running for re-election, might run for mayor

PEORIA -- Jim Montelongo doesn't intend to run for a third four-year term in 2021 as 4th District Peoria City Councilman.

Gov. JB Pritzker signified on Tuesday he is not willing to make a "political decision" to allow high school football to resume.
