PepsiCo’s Mia Sorgi on building “connected experiences” and the future of retail

What does it mean to build a truly cohesive retail experience in an ever-more connected world?

As Director of Digital Product and Experience at PepsiCo Europe, Mia Sorgi is responsible for answering that question. We recently sat down with her to learn more about the work PepsiCo has been doing with “connected experiences”, what she believes are the major trends shaping the future of retail, and PepsiCo’s approach to experimenting with new innovations and exploring what Sorgi calls the “art of the possible”.
 
With eBay sponsoring Love Island, is sustainable fashion going mainstream?

The ITV reality show Love Island last month announced a partnership with eBay, with this year’s contestants showcasing secondhand clothing instead of fast-fashion pieces. And just last week, former sponsor Missguided was bought out of administration by Frasers Group for £20m.
