The approval of the active substance Pseudomonas sp. Strain DSMZ 13134 was not supported for renewal in GB and has now expired. The statutory approvals register has been updated to reflect this change. The expiry of this approval will impact one PPP containing Pseudomonas sp. Strain DSMZ 13134, with grace periods needing to be set allowing 6 months for sale and distribution (31 July 2025), and a further 12 months for storage, disposal and use of existing stocks (31 July 2026). These dates will be updated on the pesticides register. The expiry of this approval has no immediate impact on the GB maximum residue levels (GB MRLs) which will remain in force unless HSE decides to take specific regulatory action; no such action is currently planned, but GB MRLs may be reviewed at any time based on a priority of protecting UK consumers.
