HSE is seeking stakeholder views prior to the adoption of a new GB Physical, Chemical and Technical Properties guidance document for PPPs. The current guidance document that applies to PPP authorisations in GB can be found on our website: Physical and Chemical Properties - HSE HSE has drafted a revised GB specific guidance document for physical, chemical and technical properties of PPPs. The draft revised GB guidance document still reflects the data requirements under Assimilated Regulation 284/2013 in accordance with Assimilated Regulation 1107/2009. Key changes include updates to the text to make it relevant to GB only, updates to test methods to the latest revisions and, where relevant, updates to test concentrations to ensure they are in line with the latest test methods. Additional improvements/refinements have been made to clarify requirements and ensure consistency in the risk assessment process. When implemented, the draft 2025 GB Physical, Chemical and Technical Properties Guidance will replace the previous draft version.
