Legendary “James Bond” actor Pierce Brosnan and his wife Keely Shaye have decided that it’s time to wave goodbye to their Broad Beach estate known as Orchid House. The longtime Malibu residents have hoisted their Thai-inspired compound on the market with a billionaires-only, $100 million price tag. Meanwhile, in the Pacific Palisades, married billionaires José Feliciano and Kwanza Jones have added a $20 million feather to their cap. They recently purchased an 8,000-square-foot mansion in a deal that was one of the biggest to close in the neighborhood this year.

In other news, Armie Hammer and his ex-wife are heading the separate real estate ways, NBA star Bradley Beal made one of the most expensive Venice deals of the year, Vampire Weekend drummer Chris Tomson bought a Silver Lake fixer upper, Tobey Maguire is seeking a buyer for his West Hollywood architectural, “Someone Great” screenwriter Jennifer Kaytin Robinson is moving into a funky midcentury modern, Dave Brubeck’s jazzy Connecticut estate listed for $2.75 million, and “Black Panther” writer Joe Robert Cole bought a secluded Bel Air home.
