Episode 3 of Between Barber Poles Season III follows Thomas Sirman on his road to recovery from major knee surgery, and the impact his family - especially his father - have had on his life. In Episode 4, the Overager and goalie situations come to a conclusion, with a couple of locker room favourites headed out, and a whole new trio of OAs added to the team.
