Looking up: Nearly two-thirds of New Orleanians are feeling optimistic about life in the city, up considerably from how they felt just two years ago, according to a long-running University of New Orleans Quality of Life Survey. Mayor LaToya Cantrell, however, doesn't appear to be getting much credit, with her 33% favorability rating largely unchanged. James Finn has the details. Saints QB woes: National sources are saying Saints QB Derek Carr is going to miss multiple games due to an injury he sustained during the team's Monday night loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
