Protecting a Television Remote Control

A television remote control covered in plastic wrap.Our television remote control circuit board was constantly building up oil from our hands and would not control our television. My husband cleaned the circuit board and I wrapped the remote control in Saran Wrap and secured it with scotch tape on the back. It has worked properly for weeks.

Rotate Linens for Even Wear

When there's a pile of sheets or towels in the cupboard, it's easy to overuse the few top ones. The way to avoid this is to put freshly laundered stock underneath the rest of the pile each time - just lift the pile out onto a convenient surface, put in the new stuff, and replace the rest of the pile.
