Mild day continues with light snow, freezing rain. A winter weather advisory is in effect for northeastern Minnesota, including Duluth, Thursday evening. Other parts of Minnesota may also see some freezing drizzle and light snow tonight. Highs Friday will range from the mid-20s to lower 30s across the state. Temporary shelter for Drake residents closed yesterday -- many don’t know where their next home will be. The Red Cross shuttered its disaster shelter at First Covenant Church on Wednesday. Some residents had problems finding places to live before the fire. And those hurdles remain as they move from the temporary shelter this week. Amid the new coronavirus epidemic, China shuts down more cities. The country has decided to lock down three cities, including Wuhan where the virus first was detected, just in time for the Lunar New Year travel rush this week.
