A Clemson University automotive engineer who teaches students many of the skills they need for careers in robotics and self-driving cars is winning an award that recognizes him as one of the nation’s top young engineering educators.

Army relocating training courses to South Carolina

The U.S. Army is relocating two advanced individual training courses to Fort Jackson from Fort Bragg, N.C. The civil affairs and psychological operations advanced individual training courses will begin at Fort Jackson in late March, according to a news release from the Fort Jackson Public Affairs Office.

Toolkit Talk series will make stop in Greenville

The Toolkit Talk series, part of the S.C. Department of Commerce’s online Scribble initiative, will begin next month in Columbia and include a stop in Greenville at Serendipity Labs onFeb. 5.
