Protecting Students Act In December, the provincial government passed Bill 37, the Protecting Students Act, bringing long-sought changes into law to protect students and to make the College’s investigation and hearings processes and practices more efficient and open. |

Disciplinary decisions The College is committed to transparency and accountability. That is why we have extended the ways in which you can access all disciplinary decisions involving members of the College. Decisions are now available on the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII), a searchable database operated by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. |
