This Thursday I have a little *something* to offer up, think of it as a mid-week treat from me to you.

I recently had a great blether (that’s Scottish for ‘chat’) with none other than DEWA (yes, I do mean the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority – stay with me here).

We didn't chat about our weekend plans, or how great it is to finally be able to order Chipotle, no. We talked about the golden question of: 'how can I save money on my DEWA bill?'

And I, dear readers, have the answers. But in true TOD fashion, I'm not one to gatekeep. So enjoy all these hacks to reduce that monthly bill of yours. You are so very welcome.

If I'm being honest, I'm already planning how I can spend all those extra dirhams. I’ll be getting crafty at an ice carving workshop and planning a (very) chilled Eid Al Fitr getaway (the flight deals right now are not to be missed).

This isn’t the last treat you’ll get from me. Keep your eyes peeled next week for a Dubai hack you’re going to wish you’d known for years...
