David Pocock will introduce a bill seeking to increase the number of senators in the ACT, after the Albanese government dropped the change from its electoral reform bill. Senior political reporter Dana Daniel reports Senator Pocock will use a speech to criticise the "unfair lack of democratic representation of the ACT and the Northern Territory".
